Fashion Forward Shoot with New World Garden Vibes

We really love the French styled shoots we’ve been featuring on the blog lately.  Judging by your positive feedback, it seems you do, too!  But we have to admit—if we were planning a wedding for ourselves, we’d probably steal one of these dreamy dresses below and grab the amazing planner Enamored & Motion and photographer Barclay Studios to remake this magic for us.  It’s just that impressive!

Now on to this dreamy collab between industry talents in France and South Africa...

According to Enamored & Motion, "this styled shoot revisits a romantic and tender theme with a modern touch. The design here exudes elegance, glamour and bespoke feel, intentionally designed to inspire a romantic affair with a focus on bridal fashion and fresh garden florals with a twist of drama and playfulness.

Located in the luxurious neighborhood of Sandton in Johannesburg, SA, Veil Bridal Estate is a beautifully renovated tropical garden with multiple individuals suites that pays homage to its Asian roots while showcasing modern features like a see-through glass bay windows.

The bride wore three beautiful gowns in this shoot: the Monreal Bridal “Aurora” dress, the “Ava” gown by Alyssia Couture, and the Pronovias “Rihanna” satin sheer plunge V-neck dress.

The garden displays a 40 year old wisteria wall, a handmade 8 feet tall carved wooden gate and natural pond that give the feels of a cozy and intimate escape. The first time we visited the venue, we were immediately drawn to the green and abundant vegetation and fitted landscape elements. The venue is sophisticated, chic, and timeless with the soft touches of delicate garden florals. Those inspired multiple parts of our design!"

The stationery artist for this styled shoot, Handmade by Janine, dedicated her skilled hand to craft a breathtaking calligraphy.

Janine says, “This invitation suite combines modern elegant typography, soft colorful handmade paper, a venue illustration and a custom envelope liner. All design decisions were purposefully selected to be in harmony with the graceful decor and romantic floral display.”

Skats Studio designed cascading arrangements of bright lilac gladiolus, blush

pink roses white orchids and peonies, and pink pearl dahlias that spilled from

white ceramic vases.

With planner and designer Enamored & Motion, they combined the beautiful floral arrangements with matched pink laced plates with vibrant crystal glassware and champagne coups adorned with golden rings for the table decor.

We kept the groom’s look traditional but with a twist! We opted for a custom-fitted colored print Tuxedo Jacket, designed by MasterSuit.

The creator, Mr. Mazibuko, created the perfect groom’s attire combination with a

purple tone patterned Tuxedo, white shirt, and black bowtie. The purple suit

blends seamlessly with the floral decor and its silky attribute catches the light and

stands out in the right lighting.

And this beautiful cake by Baked by Kalerato exudes the vibe of this shoot so beautifully.

Well this blog post was sheer Perfection! Thank you SO much to all of these talented vendors in France and South Africa for sharing their exquisite (seriously, exquisite!) styled wedding shoot with us at FOUR Magazine:
